BUSY BOB is built to last, and we stand by that. If any product defect or operational malfunction occurs during regular usage within 2 years of the purchase date, send it back to us and we will deliver you a replacement - free of charge.

IMPORTANT - WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

To protect the packaging, BUSY BOB comes to you clean. Once you’ve unboxed the tool, place some oil on the drive bush and threaded drive shaft, it assists when winding. This needs to be done for the warranty to be valid.
